The Google-backed company builds hyperspectral imaging satellites and sells the Earth-intelligence analytics layer on top of them, and plans to expand production in the United States. Hyperspectral is a sensing niche American agencies buy commercially, and the best-funded operator in it is now foreign.
UForce in talks for $500M at a $5B valuation

The company was assembled from nine Ukrainian drone makers and builds uncrewed air, land, and sea systems tested against Russian forces. If it closes, UForce joins Helsing and Quantum Systems in a European drone cohort now priced above most American peers.
